Amanda is our Office Manager. She graduated from Dental Hygiene at Maxwell College in 2008. She achieved the distinction of making the Dean’s list during her studies. Amanda loves getting involved with community events and helping out those in need. She lives in the Quinte area with her family, two dogs, Ruby & Abby, and is expecting a baby this fall!
Rachel Harris is currently our acting office manager and treatment coordinator. Rachel brings with her 10 plus years of dental experience to our office, with positions including: Level II dental assistant, treatment coordinator, office manager, and dental consultant. Rachel currently lives in Courtice ON and is moving to the Quinte area early this summer with her husband, their baby boy and their 2 fur babies. She is an outdoor enthusiast and a full time foodie.
Krista Lambert is a Registered Dental Hygienist and strives to provide optimal oral care for all her patients. A very busy mother of three, Krista spends most of her time taking her kids to sporting events and taking care of the household while her husband runs the family dairy farm. Krista has many years of dental experience. She started her career as a Dental Assistant in 1997 and returned to College in 2007 for Dental Hygiene. She graduated at the top of her class and was awarded the distinguished Valedictorian award, which she is very proud of, all while raising a young family. Krista is dedicated to her patients and loves being part of such a great group of dental professionals at Picton Dental Centre
Sarah Hurst was born and raised in Belleville, Ontario. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated with Honours from George Brown College in 2000. Sarah also has degrees in both Physical and Health Education (1998), and Arts (Psychology) from Queen’s University (1997). During her years at Queen’s University, Sarah played Women’s Varsity hockey for the Queen’s Golden Gaels. Sarah has been a member of several provincial championship winning teams in both ice hockey and ball hockey. She also represented Canada at the World Ball Hockey Championships where her team won the Bronze medal. Currently living outside of Napanee, Sarah enjoys water sports and the outdoors. Sarah has always had a love for animals and currently has a dog named Mabel and a cat named Betty.
Charlene is a Certified Level II Dental Assistant. She graduated from Dental Assisting in 1995 from Seneca College then completed her Level II at George Brown College in 2002. Charlene was born and raised in Prince Edward County and feels very fortunate to be able to provide excellent dental care in her hometown. When not assisting the dentist to improve their patients smile, you can find her at either the hockey arena or a horse show cheering her children on.
Amanda has spent most of her life in beautiful Prince Edward County. She joined our team in 2015 as a Clinical Assistant. Outside the office, you may find Amanda four wheeling, fishing and hunting with her family and friends. She especially loves playing and going on adventures with her son, Jackson.
Recently graduating from Trillium College in Kingston with her dental assisting degree, Heather is the newest addition to our team. She was born and raised in beautiful Prince Edward County and loves being able to give back to her community. In her free time she enjoys playing baseball, spending time at the beach, adding to her scrapbook and spending time with family, friends and her 9 year old son. Her favourite aspect about working in dentistry is seeing the improvement in the health of her patients.
Judy has been an integral part of our team since joining us in August 2016. She brings with her 30 years of experience in customer service. Judy enjoys meeting new people and being involved in the community. Outside of the office you will find Judy, her husband and their daughter, boating, fishing and spending quality time outdoors. She is one of the friendly voices you will hear when you call our office.
Breanna is one of our Certified Dental Hygienists here at Picton Dental Centre and is a 2015 graduate from Georgian College’s Dental Hygiene program. When she is not in the office helping patients maintain their oral health, Breanna can be found listening to the newest country music and spending time with friends and family, including her two Dobermans, Bo and Talia. During the summer, she also enjoys spending her weekends out on the water fishing – looking for her next big catch!
